So, I popped over to Kmart, grabbed some affordable pillows, and stuffed it to the brim. Trust me, you want it firm! I used it in a U shape, with my feet supported too. It worked wonders for my lower back pain by keeping my legs and knees hip-distance apart. And you know what?
